UP the Status Quo Consulting Inc. was born from the remarkable journey of our founder, Lana Binning. Her path—from working her first job at age 12 to establishing RAVE Designs, the first Aboriginal Woman-owned advertising firm in Canada—is proof that hope and resilience shape the future.
Today, Lana brings that same tenacity to our firm as an accomplished entrepreneur and FranklinCovey International Partner. With a deep expertise in business development and community engagement, she specializes in designing programs that foster entrepreneurial mindsets and drive economic empowerment.
But our story isn’t just about one person. Our team’s strength lies in our diverse backgrounds in education, workforce development, board governance, and Indigenous engagement. Together, we offer a unique perspective that has driven transformative change across Canada.
