Lana’s commitment to unleashing human potential is deeply personal. Lana was personally invited by Dr. Stephen R. Covey to share in his mission to “unleash human potential.” Dr. Covey became a mentor and profound influence in Lana’s life. Although Dr. Covey passed away before she launched UP the Status Quo Consulting Inc., Lana continues to carry forward his legacy through UP.
The name UP—an acronym for Unleash Potential—honours that shared vision and reflects Our Team's belief that every individual, organization, and community has the capacity to rise, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.
